We invite parents, caregivers, teachers, and self advocates from across the Kansas City metro area to join us at the 16th Annual Blue Valley Special Needs Resource Fair on:
Tuesday, March 31, 2026
from 5 - 8 pm
Hilltop Conference Center
7700 W. 143rd Street
Overland Park, Kansas 66223
This is a free and public event where attendees may connect with service providers:
This resource fair is sponsored by the Blue Valley Special Education Advisory Council and Blue Valley Schools.
Last year we had approximately 250 families from all over the Kansas City area explore the vendors that came from near and far about the services and activities they offer.

This event offers an invaluable opportunity to connect with service providers who cater to a wide range of needs, including support for various disabilities, recreational camps, therapies, adaptive equipment, adult and transition services, financial and legal guidance, health and wellness programs, and much more.
Each year, families return to discover new and innovative resources while building connections with other families for mutual support and encouragement.
Since its inception in 2010 with just a handful of providers, the Resource Fair has grown significantly and now features close to 100 exhibitors annually. Don't miss this chance to explore the wealth of resources available to support your loved ones!
